The Secret World of Kinks & Curls

I randomly decided to go natural a little over a year ago! Being a broke college student, perms got to be expensive, especially since all they really did was damage my hair and stop growth. My hair has NEVER grown past the point in my first picture. Due to the random breakage and me getting it cut in order it for it to be even. With a pair of scissors and a wig, I started my journey of letting it grow naturally.. Its the longest ive seen it! Although you cant tell with the kinks! But Im proud to be natural and show others how far ive come thanks to helpful internet tips and reading blogs like this!
